Butler County Schools

We are #ButlerStrong

Every Learner, Every Day: Building Character and 21st Century Skills, Collaborating with Families and Community, and Shaping the Next Generation of Local and Global Citizens

At Butler County Schools, we believe every learner deserves to experience purpose, connection, and ownership in their education. Rooted in our values of collaboration, equity, and belonging, we’re building a system where students grow into confident, capable individuals ready to contribute to their communities. Through deep learning, strong relationships, and real-world experiences, we are designing schools that empower students and support the collective growth of families, educators, and partners.

We are creating conditions where learners experience meaning, feel connected, and take ownership of their growth.

Our Accountability Dashboard

You told us what mattered. We built a way to show you it's happening.

A few years back, Butler County families and business owners sat down with school leaders and asked the hard questions: are our kids ready for what comes next? Will they know how to work hard, solve problems, and show up when it counts? We listened, and we built an accountability system around the answers.
